Allergy friendly Christmas cake
I am SO READY to bake this dairy and egg-free Vegan Gingerbread Cake with Vanilla Glaze from Healthy Happy Life on Christmas day. The recipe does call for almond milk, but I am going to swap out the almond milk for a different milk, making it also peanut and tree nut-free, too. In fact, this cake seems pretty flexible, with gluten-free suggestions for those with celiac or wheat allergies. Looks gorgeous, right?
