Food allergies? There’s an app for that
Speed up your grocery shopping with the free new ipit app. Download it for free, enter your dietary restrictions, and you’re ready to go. When you’re shopping, use ipit to scan barcodes. You’ll instantly be informed whether or not the food is safe for you to eat. Currently you can set your dietary restrictions to include 15 different foods, including the top 8 allergens as well as ingredients such as artificial color and sweetener and azodicarbonamide/ADA. There are 300,000 products loaded into the ipiit database with more being added all the time. Sweet!
