How other people’s food allergies are changing what you eat
Interesting article from the Chicago Tribune about how allergies are changing our eating habits. I am delighted if all diners, including those with allergies or celiac disease, can eat out. I see the author’s point that we don’t need to take foods out of our diet unless there’s a health reason (so, gluten-free isn’t needed unless some has celiac or a wheat allergy), but still, on balance, any way we can accommodate allergic diners is great. Win!
