Irish Soda Bread (allergy friendly!)


I’ve made Food Allergy Mama Kelly Rudnicki’s Irish Soda Bread before, and it’s extremely easy and quite delicious. It’s egg dairy and nut-free, too. She suggests soy milk as a substitution, but if you have a soy allergy I’m sure you could swap out soy milk for your milk of choice. I don’t always have it in me to make fresh bread — the kneading! the waiting! but this one is a breeze.
